I am a real estate and business litigator with six years of experience helping clients resolve serious disputes efficiently and effectively. I founded the Nolan Law Firm to bring a more focused, client-centered approach to legal representation by stripping away unnecessary overhead, to deliver results and put the client’s goals at the center of every strategy.

Before launching my own practice, I spent several years practicing at Austin law firms representing homeowners, investors, landlords, small business owners, and commercial parties in a wide range of disputes — from real estate litigation to breach of contract claims to landlord-tenant conflicts. I’ve handled matters involving title issues, property damage, fraud, development disputes, and just about everything in between.

What I saw over time was a familiar pattern: many clients were paying large-firm rates to fund an unnecessarily bloated process — one that didn’t always prioritize clarity, speed, or practical results. I built this virtual firm to change that.

My practice is streamlined, responsive, and grounded in one simple principle:

I work directly with every client, and I take pride in combining strategic thinking with honest communication. I earned my law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and have practiced in Austin ever since. I represent clients across Texas, and operate a fully virtual firm to give you flexibility without sacrificing accessibility or professionalism.

Outside of work, I’m a Chicago native, lifelong Cubs fan, and avid golfer. When I’m not working on a case, I am enjoying my new home of Austin with my wife or relaxing at home with our two cats.
